Mono Suspension Lamp

Mono is a suspension lamp, result from the collaboration between Karman and Prof. M. Arch. Sotirios Papadoupoulos, of the ABA Art Academy Verona.

Mono is a contamination between two materials, that together express a strong feminine sensuality: a structure in charcoal wire netting covered by a white fiberglass hat, with a see-through part.

Result from the collaboration between Karman and Prof. M. Arch. Sotirios Papadoupoulos, of the ABA Art Academy Verona, the suspension lamp Mono has been created from an idea of Giovanna Colapristi; it’s an homage to  Victorian age, as in the 1860 appeared iron bustier, worn by women under crinoline.
